Ms. Chan has been a Director of EnerSys since July 30, 2020. She retired from Intel Corporation (NASDAQ: INTC) in August 2025, where she most recently served as Vice President and General Manager of the Telco and Edge AI business. From 2018 to 2024, she led Intel's Network Business Incubator Division. Previously, she held several senior roles at Intel including: Vice President and General Manager of the 5G Infrastructure Division (2017–2018), Sr. Director of the 5G Infrastructure Division (2016–2017), Director of Wireless Technology and Strategy (2010–2016), and Director of Strategy Business Development, Wireless Program Office (2009–2010).

From 2017 to 2025, Ms. Chan served as a Director of the Telecom Infra Project, and from 2021 to 2025, as a Director of CTIA, a non-profit organisation representing wireless operators and vendors in the Americas.

Ms. Chan received her Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computing Engineering from the University of Texas and her Master of Science degree in Electrical and Computing Engineering from the University of Massachusetts.
