POWER WHEN IT MATTERS MOST.

A word from our CEO

At EnerSys, we operate in markets that are being transformed by rising demand for power, increasing infrastructure requirements, and growing expectations for reliability. Across the industries we serve, customers are facing a common challenge: securing and managing the energy they need to keep critical operations running.

These trends are reshaping the role of energy storage and power management. Customers still need great products, but increasingly they are looking for partners who can help them manage power, improve reliability, reduce complexity, and strengthen operational resilience. As a global leader in stored energy solutions, EnerSys is uniquely positioned to help address these challenges.

Our approach to sustainability is grounded in practical action and disciplined execution. We focus on improving efficiency, reducing waste, strengthening energy management, supporting employee safety, and responsibly managing the resources required to operate our business. These efforts help us manage risk, enhance operational performance, and create long-term value for our customers, employees, shareholders, and communities. I am proud of the progress we have made on our sustainability journey. It has made EnerSys a stronger, more resilient company, better positioned to meet the evolving needs of our customers, investors, regulators, and communities, and we remain committed to building on this momentum.

As we look ahead, the demand for reliable power will continue to grow. Our focus remains clear: operate responsibly, execute with discipline, and deliver solutions that help customers manage energy more effectively while supporting the industries and infrastructure that the world depends on every day.

Thank you for your interest in EnerSys and for following our progress.

Sincerely,

Shawn O'Connell
President & Chief Executive Officer

A word from the Chair of the EnerSys Nominating and Corporate Governance Board Committee

Throughout my career in the energy industry, I have learned that long-term success is built on disciplined governance, resilient leadership, and a commitment to doing what is right for customers, employees, and shareholders. These same qualities continue to distinguish EnerSys.

We are operating in a period of rapid technological change, evolving market dynamics, and global uncertainty. In times like these, a steady hand, thoughtful governance, and a long-term perspective are more important than ever. By remaining focused on disciplined execution and sound decision-making, EnerSys is well positioned to navigate change while continuing to create lasting value.

Over the past year, EnerSys has strengthened its strategic position by advancing innovation, expanding its portfolio of energy solutions, and aligning the organisation to better serve customers across critical industries. The Company has continued to execute with discipline while positioning itself to meet growing demand for reliable, resilient power solutions.

The Board's Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee, which is responsible for the sustainability strategy, remains focused on ensuring that strong governance supports these efforts. Effective governance means fostering accountability, managing risk, and providing the long-term guidance that enables sustainable performance.

I am confident that EnerSys is well positioned for the future. With a talented leadership team, dedicated employees, and a culture grounded in operational excellence, the Company will continue creating lasting value for its customers, communities, employees, and shareholders.

Sincerely,

Rudolph Wynter
Chair of the EnerSys Nominating
& Corporate Governance Committee
