Todd Sechrist serves as Chief Human Resources Officer for EnerSys, bringing more than 25 years of cross-functional leadership experience to the role. As a seasoned business executive with deep operational insight, Todd leads the global HR function with a focus on aligning people strategies to business priorities, enhancing leadership capabilities, and strengthening organizational performance.

Throughout his career at EnerSys, Todd has held several senior leadership positions including Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, President of EMEA and Americas, and Vice President of Reserve Power Sales and Service. His extensive knowledge of EnerSys operations, global markets, and strategic drivers uniquely positions him to evolve the HR function into a key enabler of growth and transformation.
