Chris Craig

Chris Craig serves as Chief Transformation Officer of EnerSys, leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives focused on acquisition integration, strategic execution and value creation. He works across the organisation to align strategic priorities with operational execution, strengthen organisational effectiveness and advance EnerGize, our strategic framework for transformation and growth.

Chris brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience across global operations, manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, commercial operations, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and business integration.

He joined EnerSys in 2013 through the acquisition of Purcell Systems, where he served as General Manager of the business. Beginning in 2019, Chris served as Global Vice President of Operations for Network & Infrastructure Solutions (NIS), with expanded responsibilities that included leadership of the Power Electronics Center of Excellence. During his tenure, he led initiatives to optimise the global manufacturing footprint, align supply chain and strategic sourcing operations, integrate quality and engineering functions, and improve organisational efficiency and effectiveness.

Prior to joining EnerSys, Chris held leadership positions at Flextronics, where his responsibilities included acquisition due diligence and integration activities supporting the power and critical infrastructure markets.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington.
