Navi Grewal

Navi Grewal has served as Chief Digital, AI and Information Officer of EnerSys since October 2026. She is a member of the Executive Leadership Team and reports to the President and Chief Executive Officer. In this role, she leads the Company's global digital, artificial intelligence, information technology, cybersecurity and enterprise data strategy, with a focus on modernising business systems, advancing digital transformation and supporting operational excellence.

Navi brings nearly three decades of experience leading technology organisations and enterprise transformation across global industrial, manufacturing and consumer businesses. Prior to joining EnerSys, she served as Global Chief Digital and Technology Officer at MasterBrand Cabinets, where she led enterprise-wide technology and digital transformation initiatives, including modernisation of core systems, data and analytics, manufacturing technology, cybersecurity and AI capabilities.

Previously, Navi held leadership roles at DuPont, including Global Chief Information Officer for Water & Protection and Vice President, Enterprise Customer Experience. Earlier in her career, she held technology and business leadership positions at Church & Dwight, Campbell Soup Company and Exelon Corporation.

Navi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Regional Engineering College in Jalandhar, India, and has completed executive leadership development through Columbia University.
